Returns & exchanges

  • I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

  • Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

I don't accept returns
  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:

  • Items from my "sale" section are final sale. Other items may be returned for a store credit or exchange.

  • I do not refund shipping costs, pay for return shipping, or pay for any reshipments.

  • Consider that returns are a hassle as well as costly for both parties - check all measurements before purchasing and ask questions if need be.

Delivery policies

I ship typically once or twice weekly via Canada Post with their most affordable available options.
Any customs & duty fees are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Canadian shipments:

  • 1-7 business days for delivery

  • Tracking included


USA shipments:

  • 3-10 business days for delivery

  • Tracking are not included (missing parcels are extremely rare)

  • Orders over 1kg are expedited and will include a tracking number.


INTERNATIONAL: 

  • Orders under 250g are shipped via air mail. Allow around 7 business days for delivery.

  • Most orders are shipped via surface mail. Allow anywhere from 2-12 WEEKS (sometimes longer) for delivery.

  • Tracking not included
