Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Items from my "sale" section are final sale. Other items may be returned for a store credit or exchange.

I do not refund shipping costs, pay for return shipping, or pay for any reshipments.

Consider that returns are a hassle as well as costly for both parties - check all measurements before purchasing and ask questions if need be.

Delivery policies
I ship typically once or twice weekly via Canada Post with their most affordable available options.
Any customs & duty fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Canadian shipments:

1-7 business days for delivery

Tracking included
USA shipments:

3-10 business days for delivery

Tracking are not included (missing parcels are extremely rare)

Orders over 1kg are expedited and will include a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL:

Orders under 250g are shipped via air mail. Allow around 7 business days for delivery.

Most orders are shipped via surface mail. Allow anywhere from 2-12 WEEKS (sometimes longer) for delivery.
